Multi-cycle cooking

Ksheerabala is essentially Bala Taila cooked multiple times with fresh milk and Bala decoction each cycle. Commercial labelling:

  • Ksheerabala 7 = 7 cycles. Standard pharmacy grade.
  • Ksheerabala 21 = 21 cycles. Premium therapeutic.
  • Ksheerabala 101 = 101 cycles. Specialist neurological / sensitive-skin grade. Takes weeks to make.

For ordinary daily cosmetic abhyanga, 7-cycle is sufficient. For aging or sensitive skin, 21-cycle. 101-cycle is rare and expensive.

How to apply 5-10 ml on joints / sensitive areas. Full body 30 ml.
