Shiro-Pichu = “head-cotton-pad”. A classical Kerala panchakarma adjunct, now widely practised at home for stress relief. Heat oil to body temp, soak a clean cotton pad, place on the crown, cover, rest 30 min.

Particularly effective for stress-related insomnia, anxiety, and tension headaches.

How to apply Soak cotton pad in warm oil. Place on crown of head (Brahmarandhra point). Cover with cotton cloth. Stay 30 min relaxed. Remove pad, gently massage residual oil into scalp. · Weekly; daily during stress periods.
